Brut Force Extra Dry IPA
7% ABV | 21 IBU
Also known as Brutally Dry IPA, is a bone-dry beer. It’s fermented in a fashion that allows all the sugar to be consumed but flavored with hop oils that are extracted at 170 degrees. Due to the low temperature, and whirlpooling of the beer it allows for an aromatic, hoppy beer without the bitterness.
Pilot Pale Ale
6% ABV | 46 IBU
This American Pale Ale is our take on the Sweetwater IPA by Sweetwater Brewing. We use all Cascade hops in the production of this beer. It’s a medium-bodied beer with a low to medium caramel. It carries a bold, and hoppy flavor with it a toasted maltiness that’s sure to satisfy!
Beach Bum Blonde Ale
5% ABV | 18 IBU
Our most popular and the favorite beer of Ye Olde Brothers Brewery is a medium-bodied ale that is smooth and well-rounded, with a surprising amount of flavor. The slight caramel malt addition provides a mild sweetness to the finish.
Broxson Brown Ale
6% ABV | 30 IBU
This American brown ale is named after one of the founding families of Navarre. With the perfect blend of bold flavors like roasted malt, caramel-like and chocolate-like flavors and a smooth finish, it makes a beer that’s easy to drink and hard to forget.
Hawkish Red Tail Ale
6% ABV | 25 IBU
By far one of our most popular selections of beer here at Ye Olde Brothers Brewery, this American Amber Red Ale is packed with rich English hops, with roasted caramel and malt. Capped with a clean bitterness, and a robust and hearty taste, this beer is the perfect for those who want to take their taste buds soaring to new heights.
Panhandle Porter

Our take on a traditional American Porter is both hearty and refreshing. Crafted using rich chocolate malts and roasted barley complemented by notes of chocolate and roasted coffee beans to create a smooth, full-bodied flavor.

Weizenbock
6% ABV | 23 IBU
In German, weizen means wheat, and bock is a traditional German Dark lager. Using a pale chocolate malt, and dark wheat, fermented at 66 degrees this brew has a yeast-forward flavor that is dark and strong, with a malty-richness and a mild toastiness. It’s the perfect choice for anyone who wants to savor the bold flavors of a well-crafted brew, this festbier has a smooth and satisfying finish that will leave you wanting more.
YOBB Marzen
7% ABV | 16 IBU
Marzen (meaning March) or “Marzenbier” as it is commonly referred to in Germany, takes its name from the frantic brewing of beer, before the summertime ban between April and September under the Bavarian lawmakers in the 1500s. Due to the summertime ban, the barrels were tapped in October, leading this to become the first and official Oktoberfest beer. The brew is an amber beer with a reddish copper hue. It is a full-bodied lager that’s clean with a rich, toasty, bready-like malt and with the production of the melanoids, it leaves with a touch of sweet caramel. Marzen has a subtle hop bitterness, with a smooth, clean, and dry finish like any good lager should.
